Was passiert, wenn Tutor:innen nicht zu einer Lesson erscheinen?
Unsere Richtlinien verpflichten sowohl Lernende als auch Tutor:innen die ersten 10 Minuten der Live Lesson aufeinander zu warten. Falls der/die Tutor:in nicht innerhalb von 10 Minuten zur Live Lesson erscheint, schließt sich das Fenster automatisch. Diese Live Lesson wird dir nicht berechnet und außerdem bekommst du einen zusätzlichen Credit gutgeschrieben.
If a tutor cancels your lesson, you will of course keep your Live Lesson credit. You can then use your credit for your next Live Lesson. When tutors cancel or do not show up to lessons, their attendance ratings decrease. Chatterbug tutors are paid per lesson and a drop in their attendance rating results in them having access to fewer lessons, which in turn, affects how much they earn.
