What Language courses can I offer?
You can offer a lesson bundle for all the language courses that are currently available at Chatterbug. Namely:
- German, French and Spanish lessons for English speakers
- English, Spanish and French lessons for German speakers
- and English lessons for Spanish speakers
How much does it Cost and what payment methods do you accept?
Chatterbug offers four gift certificate options, starting from 2-lesson bundles for 40 β¬ to 20 Live Lessons for 400 β¬. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) transfers, and PayPal.
How Long is my gift certificate valid?
A gift voucher that hasn't been redeemed will expire 12 months to the date of your purchase. Once your gift certificate has been redeemed, however, your lessons are active indefinitely.
Can I personalize my gift?
Oh yes! Gift certificates would be nothing without the fun part of adding a personalized message. When you give a Chatterbug certificate, we send the recipient an email with information on how to redeem the voucher, who sent them the gift, and a personalized message from you. So go wild and attach a poem, a love letter, or just a cute smiley to your gift. π
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
You can redeem your gift voucher at this link. Just copy the code you received via e-mail ππ½ paste it into the Voucher Code field ππ½ and hit Verify. If your voucher is valid, you'll be directed to a page asking you either to create a new account or log in to an existing one. Your lessons are added to the new or existing account automatically.
